WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING WAITING STAFF
PART TIME 6-12 hours weekly
Who We Are
Canal Club is a late-night offering, situated on Little Neville Street Leeds, our trading times are from 11.00am - 02.00am! Lunch, early evening and dinner, the best live music in the area and the coolest DJ's.

What Your Responsibilities Will Include
As front of house staff each team member will come face to face with customers every single day therefore it is essential that you enjoy communicating with people and have a passion for delivering an exceptional service level.
On a day-to-day basis you’ll be responsible for;
- Being the face of the restaurant and the main contact point for all customers,
- Control the flow of the restaurant using our digital booking platform,
- Continuous monitoring of bookings and walk ins to effectively manage and optimise the capacity of the venue,
- Act as the main communicator between the front of house team and the kitchen to ensure operational excellence.
- Deal with customer compliments and complaints, escalating where required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential
- Exceptional communications skills,
- Experience of working in a similar venue,
- High levels of personal hygiene and appearance
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Cash handling experience
Desirable
- Coffee and cocktail making experience
- Food allergen awareness and understanding

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Leeds, West Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Catering: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
