DFYNE is small but exciting, and extremely fast-growing women’s sports apparel start-up, based in Cumbernauld, that design, develop, and manufacture a range of sports apparel.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Organic & Paid Social Media Manager to join the marketing team at DFYNE. You will be responsible for being part of the development and execution our social media marketing strategy.

We are looking for a passionate individual who is both creative and commercial and that can build highly engaging social media posts, and high conversion paid social ad campaigns, that drive sales, and increase traffic.

About the role:

First of it’s best I introduce myself (person behind the keyboard here), it’s not the norm on a job role spec, but I feel it’s important for this one in particular. I’m Oscar, the founder of DFYNE.

You’ll be working closely with myself and the marketing team to plan, implement and execute incredible social media content across all of our organic and paid platforms.

I’m looking for someone who see’s things differently. Who can feel the brand and communicate this through our social media platforms to keep engagement high, and boost conversions for paid ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a full strategy for newer platforms and identify opportunity.
  • Executing relevant social first campaigns, ensuring all social output is on engaging, on-brand and aimed at our target audiences.
  • Launching engaging, on-trend, innovative content across the social platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness (e.g. social challenges).
  • Plan, evaluate, monitor and be re-active to Gym/Fitness/Health trends.
  • Owning the social section on the overarching brand calendar, managing your time efficiently in the planning, production and execution of all activity ensuring it is cohesive and strategic.
  • Working closely with the partnerships team to secure impactful social partnerships for increased brand awareness/credibility.
  • Ensuring social platforms are up to date at all times and visual imagery is on brand.
  • Ensuring campaign, image and asset briefs are clear and well written to ensure high quality image and video assets are produced.
  • Expanding and developing the social team in line with the overall brand growth and measure and report on all performance/growth/success.
  • Leading weekly trading meetings from a social media standpoint, for both paid and organic social media.
  • Execute on paid social strategies that you will develop with the marketing team, focusing on high ROAS.

What we’re looking for:

  • Organised and always strive to improve the department along with the aim to increase positive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • knowledge within social media marketing space.
  • Understanding of paid social ads platforms.
  • Self-motivated, and enthusiastic about social media.
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling tools.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
  • Excellent social and communication skills whether it’s with the in-house team or through posts.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with teams across buying, merchandising and studio.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,000.00-£32,500.00 per year
