In the role of Social Media Marketing specialist, you'll work alongside our marketing team to develop and create our social media campaigns and strategies from the ground up. With your prior experience in building and overseeing campaigns on Facebook, TikToc, Youtube, Instagram and other evolving platforms, you will be executing commercial strategies with a focus on increasing profits and sales on our e-commerce platforms, as well as building brand awareness.

This role is hands-on and is perfect for someone who's self-motivated, upbeat and has a genuine interest in email marketing and advertising.

This facilitates easier collaboration, encourages ongoing conversations, and sparks creativity. Here's a glimpse at what you'll be doing:

• Develop, schedule and launch engaging, unique content for various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube, including text, images, videos, and mixed media.
• Oversee daily operations of social media channels, which includes addressing comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Develop and implement social media strategies that are in sync with the company's goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and stockist teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
• Develop and discuss ideas around a new influencer strategy.
• Regularly update social account details such as cover images, profiles, and other pertinent information.
• Design and dispatch email marketing campaigns.
• Undertake market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, target audiences, and fresh opportunities for social media growth.
• Monitor and evaluate social media performance metrics to measure campaign success and make data-informed decisions for optimization.
• Employ paid advertising to enhance the reach of significant content.
• Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide suggestions for continual improvement.

Does this sound like you?

• Comprehensive knowledge of various social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• At least two years of experience crafting engaging content such as text, images, videos, illustrations, and mixed media.
• Experience in creating and managing a content calendar, leveraging scheduling tools.
• Ability to independently plan and execute social media campaigns in line with the overall marketing goals.
• Fluency in English, paired with exceptional copywriting skills.
• Proven experience in engaging with audiences on Facebook Groups and similar online communities.
• Capability to analyse and draw meaningful insights from analytics.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks across various brands, prioritise effectively, and adhere to deadlines.
• Eagerness to gain in-depth knowledge of sound and light products in order to engage with professional DJs, musicians and home audio consumers.
