Social Media Coordinator/Executive
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure regular, high-quality, and creative content output on our social media channels.
- Handle community management by managing queries, engaging with audiences, and responding to messages.
- Schedule and deliver messages through an up-to-date content calendar.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support key messages and marketing campaigns.
- Work with cross-functional teams to produce daily content for social media.
- Analyze and report on content performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations.
- Craft compelling written posts with excellent grammar and spelling to captivate our audience.
- Create exciting and fun content that aligns with our business objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in social media, including platform changes and new features.
- Build a strong network by engaging with industry professionals and businesses via social media.

Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
- Social Media Strategist with a proven track record in brand awareness and impressions.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
- Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience conducting audience and buyer persona research.
- Understanding of social media KPIs.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Team player with excellent time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Media and Communications, or a relevant field.
