Job Overview:

Club Car Wash is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive customer acquisition. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who possesses strong communication skills and a passion for social media marketing. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to building a brand partner program, help create an affiliate program, and support a very strong growth initiative across all channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy in line with the company's marketing objectives, brand identity, and growth initiatives.
• Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create and curate engaging, shareable content for social media channels, including posts, images, videos, and other media formats.
• Foster and manage online communities, engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. This would require response coverage over the weekend.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and operations, to ensure consistent messaging, alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns, and support the development of a brand partner program.
• Support the creation of an affiliate program, including identifying potential affiliates, developing promotional materials, and monitoring affiliate performance.
• Implement social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and performance tracking, to support growth initiatives.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about emerging social media platforms and tools, recommending and implementing innovative strategies to expand our social media presence and support growth across all channels.
• Join marketing team in traveling domestically to car wash locations to capture organic content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Creativity and ability to develop engaging content tailored to different target audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret social media data to drive actionable insights.
• Experience in social media advertising and knowledge of paid advertising platforms.
• Prior experience in building brand partner programs, creating affiliate programs, or supporting growth initiatives across channels is highly desirable.
