Cloud Twelve is a one-of-a-kind high profile wellness and lifestyle club in the heart of Notting Hill, extending over three floors with an interactive play and learn zone for families with children (The Kids Club), indulgent spa, luxury salon, nutritionally focused brasserie and a holistic wellness clinic.

Main Purpose of the role:
The focus of the role will be to manage and grow social media channels to attract the target audience and increase followers across all channels, drive audience reach and interaction as well as website traffic and member sign-ups.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver social media marketing campaigns aimed to generate awareness and excitement about Cloud Twelve
- Manage social media accounts across all channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Linkedin
- Planning and executing content and maintaining the content calendar ensuring social media content is regular, relevant and engaging.
- Reporting on key KPIs for social media activates, monitoring the success of social media program
- Propose innovative campaigns to extend brand presence, drive traffic to website, and increase engagement and loyalty
- Use analytical skills to plan, evaluate and optimise campaigns
- Community management: manage and grow online community as well as drive online conversation and conversion
- Influencer collaboration
- Research and present key social media developments, digital trends, and emerging influencers, becoming an authority on the fast-paced pulse of social media
- Benchmark against key competitors
Personal Profile:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing social media for a B-2-C business, including Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Previous experience in B-2-C Social Media management within wellness, beauty, spa industry or private membership club
- Luxury/high end experience- good understanding of clientele
- Influencer collaboration experience within the industry or similar
- Proven experience in content creation to achieve financial and business objectives
- Analytical- proven experience analysing campaign results and taking actions accordingly
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentable and ability to connect with a high-end clientele
- Excited about being part of a growing business
- This is a part-time role, 1 day per week
