A social media manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Capital.com 's organic social media strategy in order to drive brand engagement and advocacy. This includes creating and executing organic social
media campaigns, generating engaging content, managing social media accounts, building organic social influencers’ pool, analyzing social media metrics to optimize performance. Being directly responsible for the management of global/UK social media accounts, a candidate will also be coordinating the efforts of regional social media account managers to ensure a consistent but regionally/culturally relevant voice of Capital.com on social media.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategy to increase Capital.com brand engagement and advocacy
- Manage and maintain Global/UK social media channels
- Create and curate engaging content to attract and retain followers
- Write and edit social media posts, articles, and other types of content
- Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and comments
- Analyse social media metrics to optimize performance and provide regular reports on key metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to create and execute integrate social media campaigns
- Coordinate with regional social media account managers to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and regions
- Drive brand engagement and advocacy by identifying and engaging with key influencers and brand ambassadors
- Stay up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
- Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
- Own trading experience and/or experience of working in the industry.
