SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN (Part-Time)
National Minimum Wage - 3 days a week - 9.30-5.30 pm WFH/10 am-5.30 pm in the office
The job will be part-remote, with 2 days per week required in the office in Holborn, 1 day working from home. Flexibility can be negotiated. The initial role will be 3 months with the possibility of prolonging the internship.

Breakthrough Global is a Culture Transformation Company located in Central London and Singapore and is soon to open in New York. We are looking for a new Social Media Intern to join our small, high-energy and dedicated team. Our clients are exclusively £2 billion + revenue companies and you will be working directly with their Executive and Leadership teams and their direct reports. Our clients include Coty, P&G, Wrigley, Ferrero, Danone, Mars, British Airways, Estee Lauder, ghd, Puma and Pinterest.

THE ROLE
This role will be project based. The main project will be marketing our podcast on creative platforms using the audio recordings we have and tips from the podcast. It’s a very creative role that will include:
- Working with Marketing & Comms team on the podcast post-production process.
- Video editing, downloading, storing, organising, and maintaining content.
- Creating other marketing content.
- Updating social media regularly – with a special focus on Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, and possibly TikTok. Also monitoring our LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Social media research assistance.
- Assisting with Newsletters or other marketing communications.
- Contributing to team discussions.

· Excellent spelling and grammar.
· Problem solver with a drive to learn and develop.
· Strong communicator: clear written, verbal, and spoken communication.
· Technically savvy.
· Comfortable using social media, creating videos and other creative content for the social media platforms.
· Experience editing videos.
· Good email etiquette, phone manner, writing skills and proofreading.
· Eye for detail.
· Organised, self-starter.
· Passion for learning, with a positive, friendly, and engaged attitude
· Self-aware and self-motivated, with highly focused energy and an articulate manner.
· Interested in current affairs and personal development.
· Keen to learn more about different countries/cultures around the world.
