Are you passionate about social media and have a proven track record in building engaged audiences? A central University of Oxford department is looking for a Social Media Executive to join their team in Oxford on a 12-week assignment.
As a Social Media Executive, you will:
- Be responsible for building new audiences on social media channels through marketing campaigns and partnerships, as well as online community management.
- You will be analysing what works and developing unique content, building relationships with key influencers and bloggers, and managing and coordinating paid social media marketing campaigns for multiple programmes and faculty.
- You will be reporting on metrics and ROI for participation in social media sites, delivering against core KPIs, and ensuring that content is of a high standard and created within a short deadline to ensure it is still relevant.
- You will also be attending applicable seminars, conferences, and fairs to ensure social presence is maintained.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a degree in English, marketing, business, or a related field and a proven track record in dealing with a variety of stakeholders at different levels of seniority. You will have exceptional copywriting skills and proven experience on all major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. You will also have a meticulous attention to detail consistent with communicating the Saïd Business School brand and a very high level of communication skills, both verbal and written.
