Job description
We are currently in need of a Social Media Specialist to help us create and implement a social media strategy that will increase customer engagement and the number of unique users viewing our website. The ideal candidate will be creative and experienced with the use of social media platforms and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an online presence that attracts new customers.
- Create, maintain, and optimize social media accounts.
- Research social media trends, consumer behaviour, and competitors' accounts.
- Create useful and shareable content for consumers.
- Monitor consumer feedback and respond to questions or complaints.
