Social Media Executive

Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a Social Media Executive to join us. As the Social Media Executive, your focus will be on supporting with content production for different social platforms, monitoring/responding to customer queries across social and working closely with key stakeholders in supporting local initiatives and events. This role reports into the Social Media Manager who sees this role as vital to Quickline’s success.

Here’s why you are going to love this role…

You will create and distribute engaging B2C and B2B content across all our social media platforms.

Assist in analysing social media campaigns, monitoring campaign performance and areas for social media campaign improvement.

Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity across social media platforms.

Manage customer contact received on our social media platforms, working with internal teams to deliver the best possible outcome for the customer.

Work with the wider social team to create and manage the social media calendar.

Here’s why you are going to be great in this role…

You already have experience in social media role and can show us your previous work/projects.

Experience of using Facebook Ads Manager and Business Suite.

Experience in using social media management software such as Brandwatch (Falcon).

Experience of managing customer contact on social media.

Experience working in a B2B role whilst manging relationships effectively would be ideal

This is a full time role, located at our WIllerby office, we can offer hybrid working options, with a minimum of 3 days in the office.

We have been busy updating our benefits as we grow. So now we have up to 5 additional days off a year – 2 days for charity work, a day off if you get married or move house and you get your birthday off!
