Social Media Executive
Familiarity with platforms for scheduling, reporting, publishing, and analysing social media is key. You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work across multiple teams as well as initiate and participate in two-way conversations with the social community. We are looking for someone with a passion for social networks and emerging technologies.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Executive to join the Harrods team. We are looking for candidates with a creative eye to be a champion for social-first content, working with our divisional editors and studio team on the ideation and shaping of exciting and engaging content.
About the Role
As Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the social media presence at Harrods. Working alongside two other executives; you will plan and maintain the BAU, campaign, and partnership publishing across four Instagram accounts, TikTok and Facebook.
The executives also provide administrative support on daily publishing, operations, and audits and support the Community Manager with the development and implementation of community engagement. You will bring inspiration and creative references to the table – from viral trends to competitor best-in-class examples across fashion, home/lifestyle, food, and beauty.
About You
You must have a keen eye for best in class and flawless execution with demonstrated ability to execute on time. We are looking for a self-motivated, self-starter who has a flexible approach. You must thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to last-minute requests. You will be detailed orientated with a thorough understanding of analytics and how this can be used to track and enhance performance.
