We’re currently on the lookout for a Social Media Editor, who can create finger on the pulse content, going where the biggest conversations happen!
Working across the London Dungeon & SEA LIFE London brands, you’ll lead on the direction and execution of the content strategy across multiple platforms.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience of developing a social first content across multiple platforms
- A creative and organised individual, with a gift for crafting engaging and effective social content and campaigns
- Experience in creating and developing a digital presence (blog, video channel, social account etc)
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Self-starting, enterprising and ready to deliver ideas
- Experience in the use of Photoshop, video editing and production
- Some experience with digital and social analytics
Working with the Head of Social Media & Digital Content and Head of Marketing, you’ll do everything from optimising social article headlines and making memes, to conceiving and producing video ideas across multiple platforms. Driving growth in social reach and engagement amongst relevant target audiences, you’ll also run daily/weekly creative sessions to agree editorial and news jack ideas that can live across digital channels and speak to a wider audience.
Working with the broader marketing team, you’ll develop a brand personality for each of our attractions, with tone of voice and content guidelines. You’ll also live and breathe Global Brand Guidelines and develop content that progresses our brand story.
Another exciting part of the role is coordinating content shoots across different teams including Marketing, Operations and Health & Safety, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documents are submitted. Plus, fostering relationships with content creators and seeking out collaborative opportunities.
This is a full-time, permanent role. Ordinarily working days will be Monday to Friday.
