Job description

We are looking for a Social Media / Digital Marketing Assistant for our new beauty department. You would receive proper training of being a live host and chance to work with different brands.

Responsibilities:

• Promoting perfume products on TikTok Shop to the audience in the Live room by introducing products, demonstrating features/benefits, and promoting sales to reach the sales target for each Live.
• Interacting with the audience actively, being able to respond to real-time customer questions, directing the audience to place orders, reducing any purchasing hurdles in order to increase followers of the account as well as live stream views.
• Making short videos using the video editing TikTokapp for the account with the content team to generate more sales. 3-4 short videos per day
• Going to different locations around the UK to create more short videos
• Having regular meetings with the operation team to do the live stream strategy and review.
• Involve in the live stream process, including scheduling and planning if needed
• Looking after Facebook and instagram with daily posts

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with previous successful experience
• Experince in social commerce/ retail /perfume sales
• Strong communication skills to talk in front of the camera for live-streaming
• Good knowledge in the latest beauty and trends in TikTok
• Enthusiasm in fashion, beauty and perfumes
• Loves video making and editing on apps
• Must have self motivation and creativity
• Have and up beat and fun personality
• Enjoys social Media
