Social & Digital Marketing Manager
Big plans are in place for the rest of 2023, with an exciting new first-of-its-kind skincare product coming to market - which will shake up the category and trigger growth within the business. Our brand will be present in both retail and professional beauty channels, with an exciting trajectory to grow rapidly in the next few years. We are looking for someone to join the team that wants career progression working for the first hi-tech skincare and wellness brand for melanin-rich skin. Who are we looking for?
We are a fast-growing beauty and wellness brand currently looking to recruit a Social Media & Digital Growth Marketing Manager to launch our product with skills in maximising press releases through effective PR and building relationships with relevant media publications and editors for maximum outreach and coverage of all communications. You will be the key person that will manage all digital marketing channels including PPC/SEO, Social and Influencer, Affiliate/Partner and Display Marketing through agency aswell as programmatic. Contributing to the sales of our FMCG powerhouse within the beauty and wellness industry to come and join the team.

What you will be doing:
- You will help to launch our product
- You are passionate about skincare and wellness, tech, vegan, inclusive, sustainability etc., (all of our values!)
- You have a track record of building successful digital marketing strategies
- You will also be responsible for building and delivering an influencer marketing group, identifying and collaborating with influencers and brand ambassadors to drive brand awareness and sales.
- You will run focus groups to gather customer insights and feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Developing and managing budgets for digital marketing campaigns and continuously monitoring and optimising campaigns to achieve desired results.
- Develop and implement effective PR strategies to maximise the reach and impact of press releases and other communications.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant media publications and editors to increase coverage of all communications.
- Help to create engaging and shareable content that appeals to our target audience.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote our brand and increase engagement with our target audience.
- Analyse data and metrics to measure the success of PR and social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our PR and social media strategies remain effective and innovative to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies.
- You will drive traffic to our websites and drive media effectiveness.
- You will be the cross-functional lead for our website strategy and are proficient in getting your hands into data, understanding user behaviour and also translating this into actionable recommendations.
You will already have:
- 4+ years’ experience in scaling beauty or wellness brand product sales online and via strategic distribution channels showing significant sales, social media marketing and PR, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in negotiating distribution sales
- Innovate marketing strategies
- A wide knowledge of PPC, SEO, Affiliate and Social
- Experience demonstrating attribution and ROI across all channels as well as experience.
- Experience in setting up, growing, managing and driving sales with all social channels, mainly TikTok, YouTube etc.
- A strong eye for detail, with a creative vision, when it comes to content, social and influencers
- Strong experience of data analytics
- An agency or client background with examples.
- Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking and analytics skills
- Commercially and creatively minded
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
