Job description

We are on the lookout for a Social Media Coordinator to join our online Mens clothing business.

Manage daily posts on all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & some YouTube/Snapchat)
Engage on TikTok showcasing our business and manage TikTok Shop and products
Daily social media content creation on Snapchat, Tiktok & Instagram
Creating video content (Reels, TikToks), some of which will require voiceovers

Engage in social media presence and analyse regularly, going to on develop strategies to improve and implement new tactics
Manage social media communications
Build relationships with external social media and marketing agencies who can future develop the brands social media channels
Work with the marketing team to develop and align campaigns with the social media strategy
Be the positive, friendly and professional voice / face of the brand across all social media channels
Build relationships with external brands and generate collaborative leads for prizes, competitions, giveaways and other opportunities across social media channels to widen the brands audience base
Propose new ideas and concepts for social media

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience managing social media

Previous experience with Mens Fashion

Previous Fashion industry experience would be preferred

Content creation experience is essential

Social presence is essential

Highly proficient in spoken and written English, especially business and content writing
An excellent understanding of social media and the specific marketing tactics required to optimise each platform

Organised and efficient in time management as well as meeting deadlines

Creative

Tech savvy

Networking and communication skills

Good use of initiative and working independently

Able to work well in a team

Good attention to detail

Excellent written and interpersonal skills

Be able to work under pressure

Have an interest in commerce, popular culture and new advertising trends/techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Salary: £16,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
