Working directly with our Marketing Director, the ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in executing engaging, high-performing campaigns across all social media channels. Analysing content reach & KPIs and preparing reports.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide a transparent management layer between the delivery team and senior management.
  • Help construct game-winning strategies with associated KPIs that are tracked ongoing.
  • Delegate and oversee the delivery team’s actions in relation to each client’s goals and objectives.
  • Take accountability for all clients and team members within the department.
  • Be plugged into emerging trends and marketing conditions, staying abreast of key changes.
  • Adopt the position of key escalation point for client and staff queries within the department.
  • Ensure smooth, consistent operations eg the monthly reports are produced and delivered on time, every month. And client renewals are prepared for in advance.
  • Assist with the training of department members.
  • Be the conduit between other departments.
  • We have a department lead reporting framework that you will be trained on. Your responsibility will be to follow this and make preparations for a department catch-up every 2 weeks with internal senior management.
  • Each day we have a morning stand-up and afternoon retro. The responsibility of this role is to conduct and lead these meetings.
  • Contribute to new sales enquiries.
  • Assist with department member appraisals.

Skills and Experience

  • At least 3 years experience with an agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in growing social media channels for various brands.
  • Experience in producing engaging, high-performing social media strategies.
  • Key experience with Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Additional channels desirable.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
  • Clear ability to prioritise, manage projects and produce monthly reports.
  • Superb communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Passionate, energetic, and proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Ambitious, friendly and enthusiastic.
