Your mission
As a Chef de Partie you are required to work closely with the Sous Chefs in order to assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of produce. By joining our dedicated kitchen team, you will be eager to learn, be a confident and adaptable individual.
Your profile
- You will be responsible for your own section, each one based on your experience levels.
- You will be an excellent communicator and work well with your colleagues
- Be able to work on your own to prepare a dish against a deadline
- You will have a high level of presentation skills and a desire to learn from the best In our kitchen
