Social Media & Creative Content Lead EMEA
Lead the development, management, and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives across social channels that drive awareness, engagement, traffic and ultimately conversions through brand and product content. You will be responsible for bringing all ’47 products and programs to life with meaningful stories & messaging. Working cross functionally with multiple departments to brief in and create a compelling story and ultimately executing a strategy to grow ’47’s brand awareness and business.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about the social ecosphere, actively participates within it, and understands the social/digital landscape. This individual will work to define the social editorial calendar, manage the day-to-day social publishing, community management, and help produce all content for own channels. Additionally, has a deep expertise in influencer strategy, leveraging influencers, events, and earned media to drive marketing objectives. This person understands how these levers work together to complement a broader marketing campaign and has a strong perspective on how to measure and demonstrate ROI through these activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop the overall strategy to elevate ’47 social communications, including content creation, social activation, and storytelling framework.
  • Strengthen brand personality & voice across social channels
  • Collaborate with marketing partners on creation of social content and curate to ensure all deliverables are of the highest quality.
  • Copywriting of posts and coordination with Marketing team to ensure campaign maximization
  • Be the social expert and push for the social output to be as impactful and engaging as possible in owned social channels and maximize the campaign exposure and width & depth of spread
  • In partnership with the paid social/digital team and agency, establish relevant metrics to map the impact of social media activities and amend strategies based on learnings and patterns.
  • Seek out and participate in relevant conversations that are happening in the social media space – flag for opportunities for further engagement and interaction
  • Own the publishing, moderation and ongoing engagement to relevant social platforms, in alignment with our social media standards and guidelines
  • Engage the community actively and responsively, both in relevant outside communities and existing own channels – monitor consumer conversation in real time (reacting to queries, resolving negative experiences and identifying areas relevant for further brand engagement and enhancement)
  • Ensure all content is fully optimized across relevant channels via tagging, linking and rapidly implementing any new social media technology
  • Create and manage the social calendar and ensure a seamless long-term consumer journey across all channels
  • Keep improving the '47 digital eco-system across social and digital and ask for the incremental recruitment (not only social fans, but also CRM membership with the collaboration of CRM function)
  • Analyze and report on performance data to optimize influencer and social media channels
  • Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders
  • Stay current with and assess industry and social media trends, tools, platforms, innovations, and best practices
  • Partner with Brand Marketing/Communications to develop and implement Influencer strategy to increase visibility and exposure for the brand
  • Lead the Cohley strategy for '47 including identifying (nano, micro, macro influencers, content creators, and VIPs), contacting, securing, negotiating pricing (where applicable), terms of contract, content and messaging, and deployment.
  • Drive, track and report on influencer and celebrity social and editorial coverage
  • Continuously identify new programs/initiatives/events to drive the brand vision, looking for first-move opportunities to leverage
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Natural storyteller and visual communicator.
  • Proven experience in content creation for social
  • Strong knowledge of the social media ecosystem and understanding of effective community management that translates to brand awareness, viability, reach and engagement.
  • Understanding of editorial planning across the social landscape
  • Analytical experience in assessing social media trends and campaign analysis using social media metrics & publishing tools (e.g., Sprinklr/Talkwalker/Trackr)
  • Curious of the new digital and social trend & hot topics, agile & proactive.
  • Experience and familiarity within the lifestyle/fashion space preferred
  • Self-starter with the ability to handle ambiguity, work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust as circumstances change
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills
REQUISITE EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • 5+ years of experience working on a social team or at a social agency for a fashion, sport, or entertainment brand.
