Job description
Our client, a well-known household name and global company, is looking for a Social Media Operations Coordinator to play a critical role in organising, analysing and managing social media content for its main three sub-brands with a key focus on top 3 European markets.
The main aspects of this role are:
Social Media Management (Emplify, Crisp)
- Organic social media auditing (Facebook and Instagram) to monitor content is in line with brand guidelines and reporting
- Social listening and quarterly report to track campaigns, on going social posting, trends and competitive social activations.
- Evaluate the content / messaging effectiveness, if markets are following best practices, if they are posting in the right days and time of the day, tagging, etc
- Emplify (social media benchmark tool) account admin. You will also use this tool for the reports needed
- Review Crisp reports in a monthly basis and include insights in the quarterly social report
- IG verified badges implementation for top brands and markets. Understand Instagram requirements; define internally the process needed to get the verified badges for top markets and top brands.
- Manage admin access (add new users and delete old users)
Analytical (Reevoo)
- Track and analyse customer product reviews on brand websites. Develop monthly report to send out to all markets within the EMEA ANZ region highlighting best reviews, worse reviews and recommendations
- Create reports and communicate them to the brand, digital and product teams
- Liaise with the brand/markets for product seeding requirements
- Once a month relationship check-in/weekly connect with IT
Finance
- Download invoices from Google and META and incorporate them into the budget tracker every month
- Follow up with the Payment team on payment of media invoices every month (payable to vendors monthly)
- Follow up on payments and send proofs of payments to media vendors every month
- Raise purchase orders for digital and media vendors as per internal requirements
Reporting (ad-hoc)
- Develop ad hoc analysis using Emplifi and Reevoo to meet business requirements from other functions (i.e. Brand, Product teams) and to support internal presentations (every 6-8 weeks)
- Develop Monthly digital newsletters for internal distribution to communicate to the region latest status from the Central Digital Team
Website Support
- Support the global Duplo team on getting calendars updated, and contact information by country
Skills & Experience
- Meticulously organised, process focused, with an appetite for continuous process improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise, and effectively meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to take direction, trouble shoot and work with minimal supervision.
- Critical thinking, good writing skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Solid experience using a variety of social media platforms and social media analytical software
- Strong work ethic with the desire to learn and grow.
- Good understanding and experience with Facebook and Instagram
- Basic understanding of branding and visual guidelines
- Problem solver, solution seeker and able to work with minimal supervision
Company laptop will be provided. 6-month fixed contract, 1 month probationary period.
This role is entirely remote, full time spread across five days, 9AM – 5PM.
21K-23K per annum according to experience.
