Description
Eloquent Dance is a multi award-winning dance company and community organisation. We are renowned for developing the next generation of dancers, performers, teachers, artists and creative leaders and pride ourselves in providing excellent opportunities for growth through performance opportunities.
As a social media coordinator, you'll manage the organisation's online presence by developing and implementing our social media strategy.
You'll lead campaigns and projects across a range of social media channels, producing engaging content, analysing usage data, building client relationships and facilitating customer service.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies
- manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube, using tools such as Hootsuite and Asana.
- develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organisation and brand
- form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms and undertake audience research
- monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
- undertake audience research, identify consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns and optimise content to further encourage community interaction and engagement
- analyse competitor activity and recommend improvements to increase performance
- set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement and loyalty
- manage, motivate and coach junior staff such as social media executives or assistants
- manage and track budgets for social media activities
- regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face (agency roles).
You need to have a GCSE in Maths and English Grade 4/C or above.
Training to be provided
Digital Marketer:
Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a development coach who is an expert from industry. You will finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience, money, and substantial opportunities for promotion.
Training is a blended learning delivery model: online learning, classroom sessions, work-based training, independent research, workplace projects, one-to-one support and training. Your training will include:

Things to consider
This is an office/studio based position, must be able to reliably commute daily to Aston, Birmingham.
