ByTerry is a luxury beauty brand born in Paris, starring award-winning skincare infused make-up,
going on an exciting digital journey and recruiting for the global role of Social Media & Content Manager.
The Social Media & Content Manager will rethink and grow By Terry’s social presence and community. The candidate will be instrumental in increasing brand awareness, creating engagement with ByTerry community and implementing a social media and influence roadmap that generates content, maximises audience reach and attention.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and implement the social media strategy and content strategy for all our channels globally including content optimisation, community engagement, social listening and reporting, planning and execution of socially-led campaigns
- Drive accelerated growth on existing social media channels and determine the optimal mix of new and existing platform launch strategies
- Act as a brand guardian with a consistent tone of voice for our visual storytelling, conceptualising and executing content for our digital platforms including our website homepage and organic social (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Youtube, etc)
- Create content for social, web and paid channels and work closely with content creators, by initiating briefs and coordinating execution.
- Copywriting and work closely with our NPD team for newness copy & content.
- Manage community management & grow our community by writing engaging blog posts and articles, facilitate social media communities and respond to posts and develop discussions
- Manage Paid partnerships to grow and leverage relationships and brand collaboration with social platforms, influencers and partners and optimise our social advertising campaigns
- Build and maintain long-term, authentic relationships with influencers and key industry tastemakers
- Manage micro/macro influencer platforms/campaigns, identify and reach out to relevant influencers for product seeding and sponsored posts.
- Manage affiliate programs and create campaigns with influencer and media partners to improve site conversion
· Set goals and KPIs to increase brand awareness, generate compelling and engaging social
media content + analyze and measure effectiveness of influencer and affiliate activities to
prove ROI and advise on future optimizations of our strategy
- Have a hands-on approach to deliver best in class assets including finding resources such as designers, photographers…
- Develop the budget and manage monthly budget tracking
· Work with the Marketing and Regional team to plan and coordinate initiatives following
ByTerry marketing calendar
- Share learnings, measure & evaluate post-campaigns success with our performance marketing team to monitor our social efforts and educate other ByTerry teams on the use of social media
- Share competitive best practices and educate cross-functional departments on recent trends
Skills and experience :
- At least 3 years’ experience in developing and executing a cohesive social strategy that led to strong growth, engagement of a brand social community across multiple social platforms
- French language required
- Expert on social and digital landscape across all platforms, Instagram, Tik Tok, FB, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.
- Strong analytics skills to define and measure critical social media KPIs
- Creative skills to develop new content & out-of-the-box thinking a must
- Ability to be resourceful and scrappy while working within brand guidelines to produce high-quality in-house content
- Passionate about beauty, naturally curious, always seeking out customer focused best practice examples, with a clear understanding of all Western & Asian Social Media platforms
- Excellent copywriting skills and command of the English & French languages to create engaging content that educate and inspire along with an eye for aesthetics to develop visual assets to aid in your storytelling
- A team player able to build strong working relationships and confident in presenting ideas and social thinking to different parts of the business
- Attention to detail will be second to none to ensure flawless execution of social activities
- Brilliant organization skills who can multitask and prioritise multiple projects and deadlines with ability to work under pressure and who can be reactive and flexible in a fast-paced environment
Salary : £50K
