We’re looking for someone who is creative, flexible, dynamic, solution seeking and proactive to support our community, marketing function and CEO with the smooth management of our community groups and social media platforms as we grow our company both nationally and globally.

Location: The role is predominantly home based but you will need to be able to travel to our HQ in Preston, Lancashire, at least quarterly.

Hours: 15 hours per week with scope to increase as the role progresses.

Responsibilities and Duties: Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving creative engagement across all IATQB platforms and improving lead generation.

Duties will include:

  • Scheduling of all social media content
  • Working with marketing and comms director to drive engagement towards sales
  • Engagement on social media pages and groups, responding to comments etc.
  • Management of Patreon community
  • Management of The IATQB Hive
  • Collating insights and reporting back to the team
  • Management of social media inboxes - responding or forwarding queries as appropriate
  • Launch engagement
  • Be a brand ambassador - uphold the brand and values in all interactions
  • Providing excellent customer experience - from warm lead through to offboarding

Qualifications and skills

  • Good working knowledge of the main social media platforms
  • Working knowledge of social media scheduling
  • Unafraid of driving sales conversations
  • Super creative with an eye on current relevant conversations within both media and the business space
  • Actively inclusive - awareness of inclusive language along with an openness to learn and develop
  • Articulate and able to navigate all interactions on social media in line with our brand voice
  • Fully aligned with our company values

Salary and benefits

£15 per hour

28 days holiday (pro rata)
