We have a new opportunity available for Social Media & Communications Executive to join a market leading
global e-liquid manufacturer.
We are building a team of passionate, dedicated and talented individuals that will work together to drive the
marketing function of Flavour Warehouse.
Working across several exciting market leading brands; as the Social Media & Communications Executive, you will
be responsible for creating high quality digital B2C & B2B content to drive all Flavour Warehouse group social
media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter & TikTok. Adhering to industry regulations
whilst striving to constantly improve social media statistics.
You will champion internal communications, collaboration initiatives and campaigns whilst working to increase
employee engagement across the Flavour Warehouse Group. You will play an integral part in the delivery of the
employer brand strategy and coordinate internal communication channels and campaigns, to connect all
colleagues to our values and purpose through the development and delivery of an annual plan of internal
communications.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Manage the day-to-day community management and outbound engagement on social media
channels and platforms, ensuring the highest communication standard.
- Create dynamic written, graphic, and video content, appropriate for each platform and product.
- Create content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company
sites, and encourages audience participation.
- Liaise with Marketing, Ecommerce and Sales teams to create engaging content to accompany
images/videos for posts on social media.
- Assist the teams to develop larger social media campaigns across all group brands.
- Supporting your colleagues in the Brand Marketing Team to increase awareness of existing
products and successfully delivering social media campaigns in nay new product launches.
- Assist the Brand Marketing Manager to coordinate the overall social media strategy.
- Utilise listening tools to analyse data and present findings to the business.
- Collect analytics from delivered campaigns and review effectiveness.
- Monitor competitor posts and trends and keep abreast of Vape industry legislation and updates.
- Keep up to date on new features of social media, making suggestions on how these can be utilised.
- Engage with ‘Influencers’ on social media platforms to encourage traffic to Flavour Warehouse owned sites.
- Working with the Brand Marketing Manager and Group HR Director to develop an internal communications
and employee brand plan.
- An integral member of the ‘Voice of Flavour Warehouse’ Group, bringing ideas and plans to fruition.
- Coordination of the quarterly corporate newsletter – member of the editorial team.
- Assisting with the coordination of employee events & CSR initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE*
Proven experience of managing or assisting the running of social media sites in a commercial capacity ·
Educated to at least A level or equivalent or qualified by experience. ·
Knowledge of and/or interest in the vaping industry
