Job description
- Supporting across all StoryWorks social media campaigns, on platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn (amongst others) as appropriate on a campaign-by-campaign basis for all StoryWorks offices
- Asset creation for social content promotion, assuring it complies with our own and industry advertising standards
- Ideating and executing social strategy, and building out innovative and dynamic ideas for content promotion, and social content formats
- Ensuring that the delivery of commercial products meet BBC standards for quality and are fit for purpose
- Troubleshooting reported issues and seeing them through to resolution, liaising with other teams where appropriate
- Experience in social media, developing and delivering social media strategies, creating content and managing communities
- Strong copywriting skills, good grammar and attention to detail
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task well, ensuring delivery deadlines are met
- Able to prioritise projects in order of importance as well as confidence in managing your own project
- Confidence with speaking to various people, including being able to inform teams of both good and bad news
- Knowledge of how to use Google docs and Microsoft Word - A passion for media and what we create
