Hyreus are currently recruiting for a IT Service Manager / Operations Manager / Helpdesk Manager for a client in West Lothian.
The Service Manager is responsible for the management of IT Infrastructure solutions across all departments.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the budget and the approval process for all purchases.
- Manage and oversee the entire IT service department.
- Monitor the performance of the company’s systems to ensure optimal performance levels throughout the business.
- Ensure that IT and network security is adequately and regularly maintained
- Respond to and manage issues with IT-supported services and ensuring that incidents are resolved
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, virtualization, and networking.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft infrastructure and solution stacks operating in on-premises, cloud, and hybrid hosting environments.
- Knowledge with management and implementation of VMware vCenter/vSphere

Salary: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
