Job Role:

BullyBillows is hiring for a Social Media Expert who has experience in paid advertisement across our numerous social media channels. The role includes daily monitoring and analysis of paid advertisements and data. To manage and review current and past paid advertisements to ensure performance targets are met. This role will include the chosen applicant to liaise with our content creation team. Meaning we will require a person who works well in a team but also by their own initiative.

Responsibilities Include;

  • Taking ownership of campaigns and planning / strategy for paid social and display channels to drive market leading commercial performance.
  • Collaboration across the content creation team to drive the channel strategy forward, in line with wider marketing strategy, and communicate results to achieve industry leading outcomes.
  • Proactively testing latest platform updates, technologies, ads and landing pages to ensure we are driving the highest conversion rate to deliver commercial gain.
  • Day-to-day management including planning, writing, setting up and delivering campaigns.
  • Working directly with social media teams, inclusive of senior management and directors.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in social media management.
  • A Level in Mathematics and English Literature is imperative as you will be creating campaigns and analysing data.
  • Must have strong communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Must be friendly, professional and positive with the ability to work well with others and independently in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Must be highly organised, with strong attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
  • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude.
  • Must be fluent in English. The ability to speak another language (preferably Italian, Spanish, German or French) is a plus, but not necessary.
