Accounts Assistant, Edinburgh, £21,000 - £25,000

Responsibilities:
● Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and invoice processing
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for our property portfolio
● Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
● Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely payments
● Support in monitoring cash flows and budgeting processes
● Liaise with external stakeholders such as vendors, tenants, and auditors
Requirements:
● Previous experience in bookkeeping or an accounts assistant role is preferred
● Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
● Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
