We are looking for experience Social Care Agents to represent our luxury cosmetics brand account.
Do you have an interest in the beauty and skincare industry? Do you have experience working with social media platforms to generate leads? Then, this is the role for you.
This role is a fixed term contract, starting on 23/10/2023 and ending on 31/12/2023.
Introduction to our client:
As a Social Care Agent for our globally known cosmetic brand, you will be a part of a dynamic team that is passionate about providing an exceptional customer journey for top tier results. Being an online brand ambassador, you will use your expert knowledge to general leads for virtual consolations with make-up artists. Our client is a prolific and highly respected name within the beauty and skincare industries, so an exceptional customer journey is expected, which is what we aim to always provide for them. Whilst working closely with the client to continually improve our services and the way that we interact with customers.
What will I do in the role?
- Being an online brand ambassador for brand, providing tailored responses and strong product knowledge to customer queries across social media and live chat
- Driving online sale targets by showcasing exceptional and memorable customer service with a personal touch
- Booking customers in for virtual consultations with the MUA’s
- Making sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation and leave with a positive impression of you, our client and of Ventrica
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge along with exceptional and memorable customer service to each and every customer
- Accurately record any client data or sign up for mailing marketing as appropriate in between consultations
What do I need?
- Experience of working in customer service is essential, ideally within a contact centre or retail environment
- A passion for the beauty industry is highly desirable
- A team player with the ability to work and discuss collaboratively in a virtual environment (web video and communication platforms)
- A passion for service, targets and be results driven
- Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment
- Ability to work well within a team
- Confident IT skills
- Flexibility, professionalism, drive and willingness to learn
What will I be paid?
- £10.90 per hour
Working Hours and Location
- Fixed Term Contract. Ending: 31st December 2023
- 20 Hours per week, working one weekend day per week
- The core opening hours for the team are Monday to Friday; 08:00-20:00 and Saturday to Sunday; 09:00-18:00 (shifts will be between these hours)
- Flexibility may be required during peak busy periods to meet the needs of the business
