We are looking for people to join a food tasting panel (mainly snack products) for a famous company, based in Leicester (Beaumont Park).
Role Information
- Monday to Thursday - 12 hours per week, pay rate £10.50 per hour, paid on a monthly basis via payroll system.
- Working Times between 9.30am to 12.30pm
- Full Training Provided

Job Description
- You will be assessing a wide range of delicious products
- Participate in product and sensory related training
- Evaluation and characterisation of existing and new products and brands
- Working withing a friendly team to test new products
- Evaluate the next generation of food packaging
Candidate Requirements
- No food allergies or intolerances
- Detail orientated
- Passion for experiencing and experimenting with new taste sensations
- Prepared to sample a variety of different foods, flavours and ingredients
- Interpersonal team skills
You would need to take part in a screening session (90 minute session), to make sure you have the required sensory acuity to be a part of the panel.
The screening session will be held in Leicester at 1.00-2.30pm on either Tuesday 2nd May or Wednesday 3rd May, so please make sure you are available on either of these dates before applying.
This session will be unpaid, however successful participants who pass the screening day will be invited to join the panel, and begin the required training, which will be paid.
If successful, you will be asked to start working within the next couple of weeks following the screening session.
