SALARY: £66,000 to £80,000
LOCATION(S): London
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

This is an opportunity for a sector specialist Relationship Manager, focussing on Recruitment, Business Services and Financial Institution sectors. This a high value SME client portfolio made up of approx.130 groups based in London, with turnover typically between £3m - £25m.
What would you be doing?
- Providing excellent service to our clients, putting them at the heart of what you do, adding value at every interaction and becoming a ‘trusted advisor’
- Managing the risks of a small number of Relevant Financial Institutions (RFIs), to ensure there are no regulatory breaches
- Promoting the bank with professionals and key influencers through your knowledge of the local market and sector specialisms
- Providing a range of funding solutions to our clients from our Term Lending and Working Capital product range, tailoring them to Client needs and managing associated risks
- Building relationships across the Group, and with our Partner companies, and through them bringing the ‘whole bank’ to the client, delivering products and services to meet their needs
There is an expectation to grow the portfolio, so you'll be promoting the bank with professionals and key influencers in the local community to develop business opportunities and bring more clients to the Group.

What you’ll need
- Results focused – You'll take personal responsibility for delivering results, whilst readily accepting change and focussing on client outcomes
- New client acquisition – Highly proficient at building and maintaining productive relationships with external professionals and adept at winning good volumes of higher value new client relationships
- Specialist knowledge – Uses specialist credit and sector knowledge, along with all available digital tools, to deliver excellent client experiences. Identifying ways to grow income, balance sheet and market share, whilst always ensuring the effective management of risk
- People – Have a growth mindset and be keen to adopt and use key enablers that enhance the client experience and demonstrate the value a Face to Face Relationship Manager brings to a client’s business.
- Risk management – You’ll demonstrate strong risk management skills, requiring attention to detail and a pro-active approach to anticipating potential risks
