Scrum Master - Agile

Are you interested in coaching teams in agile, frameworks, methodologies, tools and techniques for a leading Utility client?

Based remotely, however, there will be frequent requirements to attend offices within the central belt of Scotland.

You will resolve blockers and impediments that may inhibit teams' performance by creating a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring teams have the opportunity to self-evaluate, improve Stakeholder management by ensuring that stakeholders can see the value that are been added and the increased agile knowledge within teams.

Key Skills:

• Experience as a scrum master within agile environments.
• Living agile culture and values and spreading your passion for them among other teams.
• Supportive of people, regardless of seniority, to adjust to and embrace new ways of working.
• Share and transmit passion and in-depth knowledge about Agile principles and are excited to embed them.
• Apply innovative and creative thinking to solve complex problems and get things done.
• Good at problem-solving difficult and complex problems, typically within ambiguous and non-structured settings, and transforming obstacles into opportunities.
• Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Strong people skills to be able to understand group dynamics and not be afraid to raise issues and drive change to remove impediments.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Drive change within teams and programmes and be a top contributor to their success.
