Basic Skills
- 8 + years' experience as a Microsoft SME or 5+ years' industry experience as a Collaboration SME
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills. Ability to be creative, thoughtful, and critical
- Ability to lead technical projects and platform integration with customers, platforms and partners, including external integration architectural discussions and implementations to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment.
- Experience working with Solution ISVs/GSI Partners, building POCs and solutions, and managing Enterprise customer technical projects in collaboration with engineering teams to develop the right scenarios and features to address Enterprise needs.
- Self-starter who takes ownership of opportunities, manages multiple simultaneous projects, and deals well with ambiguity and change.
- Have the ability and passion to maintain technical excellence with emerging technologies
- Excellent documentation/Analytical skills to provide high level technical support generation/ recommendations for multiple infrastructure transformation
- Experienced in working with large geographically dispersed teams
- Working knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft Collaboration suites and experiences in managing Collaboration technologies.
- ITIL operational awareness and understanding
- Relevant Microsoft skills and certifications around Office 365, Skype along with Vendor co-ordination skill
Proficient Skills
- Experience in design and implementation of Modern Workplace or Modern Management solutions as well as client security and cloud technologies.
- Technical knowledge of Enterprise Social Collaborations tools and Security Suite,
- Management with Enterprise Social collaboration tools & Configuration Manager or Microsoft Endpoint Manager, advanced troubleshooting and performance analysis skills
- Design of modern workplace architectures that are aligned to regulatory and governance models.
- Proven experience in successful adoption planning and implementation of Enterprise Social collaboration tools like Yammer, Jive & workspace at Facebook
- An understanding of the broader Cloud technology stack and how it complements the modern workplace components.
- Work with the customer & wider account team resources to orchestrate a roadmap for implementation.
- Work collaboratively with Globally dispersed teams to determine the best engagement/course of action for a given opportunity to maximize customer benefit and accelerate deals success. These include strategy briefings, architecture design sessions, building of rapid prototypes & workshops and to showcase cross solution, digital vision.
- End-to-end Enterprise social collaboration Support technical product SME
- Hands-on troubleshooting of technical issues escalated from tier 1 and 2 support in real time, including account provisioning, integration, product bug, etc.
- Build relationships with external customers and cross functional team to identify key challenges proactively, implement scalable technical solutions
- Develop and document best practices, tool and tips, enhancing Tier 2 & 3 troubleshooting processes
- Providing L3 system administration support on Enterprise Social Network tool Yammer & workplace at Facebook.
- Should be proficient in solving any client-side/Server side issue on workplace at Facebook Enterprise Social tool
- Troubleshoot and working with advance Features of Workplace at Facebook like SSO, Reporting, Mobile Apps, etc.
- Deep insight of workplace at Facebook Enterprise Social tool.
- Troubleshoot and assist users with in-scope of support and Features.
- Workplace at Facebook Integration with other platforms like MS Office, SP, Confluence or any other enterprise social collaboration tools etc.
- Monitoring and maintaining Tool stability
- Good to Have experience on other Social Collab tools like jive, Confluence, Yammer, IBM connections, SharePoint.
- Executing system health checks and capacity planning
- Manages and administers workplace at Facebook Tool, and user security administration.
- Performs root cause analysis for outages and issues.
- Coordinates problem management with vendors.
