Job description
Role Purpose You will be fitting smart and traditional meters in domestic and commercial properties for one of our six main contracts.

Salary/Bonus
- £38k basic salary
- £10 Compliance Bonus per day - Paid if you work safely and compliantly (£2,600 per year)
- Daily Productivity Bonus - We want to pay you bonus. Each job type is given a Productivity Unit (PU) value. Dual = 2PU, Single = 1.5PU, Commission = 1PU. Minimum Performance Level (MPL) per day = 6 PUs. Each PU above the MPL per day is paid at £20. Bonus targets are subject to periodic review
- Out of hours rota cover
- Salary paid monthly on last working day
- Bonus is paid a month in arrears
- Average bonus paid whilst on annual leave
- Realistic earnings - £48k - £53k (includes salary, bonus and overtime)

Qualifications Required
- CCN1, CMA or CMA3
- MET1 or MET4
- Current in date MOCOPA certificate covering single phase and single off multi as a minimum (three phase an advantage)
