A Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon at Pinfold House Vets, Nottinghamshire / South Yorkshire. Salary up to £60 k DOE + £5k joining reward + £5k relocation packages available for candidates moving to the area. Visa costs if applicable, fully supported.

Misterton is located right on the Chesterfield canal- rural and scenic! We are about an hour away from the east coast and Peak district. We are 20 minutes from Sheffield/Doncaster airport and the South Yorkshire Animal Park (with polar bears!) We have great train links from Doncaster and Retford (9 miles away to train station).
You will work in our lovely village purpose built practice based in Misteron, South Yorkshire and will be part of our small, close knit, friendly and supportive team. We can be flexible and offer part and full-time contracts.
Friendly, supportive, colleagues. We pride ourselves on top quality, evidence based medicine and surgery. We have all the tools you may need. Spacious operating theatre, multi-parameter, electrocautery (bipolar and monopolar), suction, ultrasonography, digital radiography, Tonovet, in house lab, and dental radiography on its way. We have separate cat and dog kennels, 4 walk in dog kennels and an isolation ward.
Par-time hours available! Saturday (8-12) and time back for hours worked on the weekend. No OOH as we have this covered by our MINight Vet service.
From prospective applicants we expect excellent clinical skills, the ability to work sole charge when required and the ability to work up cases to a high standard. We support and encourage specialist interests and further development.
