As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll be working on behalf of the global clothing brand, talking to customers via emails and Social Media Platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
You will be supporting a range of customer queries and maximizing opportunities to showcase company's products and services. Making great experiences happen for customers is your top priority, which means you’ll do whatever it takes to make sure each customer gets the top-notch service they deserve, every time.

Responsibilities of the Customer Support Advisor:
· Responding to customers via emails and Social Media Platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
· Providing excellent customer service to all, supporting with questions and queries.
· Maximizing opportunities to showcase brand's products.
· Multitasking and navigating multiple systems.
To be a Customer Support Advisor you'll need:
· High level of fluency in written and spoken English and Slovenian.
· 6 months in Customer Sales or Customer Service.
· Exceptionally customer focused and committed to resolving queries.
· Have excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
· You’re interested in driving customer satisfaction and promoting the client’s brand and products.
· Computer literate and ability to navigate around a computer system.
