Customer Sales Advisor
Minimum Requirements: 1 years targeted sales experience within the last 5 years.
Location: Remote, Mainland UK only
Competitive salary and bonus: £22,000 plus average bonus earning potential of £5,040 per annum. Uncapped bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
Start dates: 2nd October

Right now, we're recruiting Inbound Sales Advisors in a role that offers great work life balance, working from home and an engaging onboarding experience.
The role you'll do:
This position is in one of our Sky Inbound sales teams, meaning that you'll be the first point of contact for customers who call in for help with their Sky equipment. You will represent and promote this well-known household brand, making our customers aware of the Sky Protect Device Insurance product they can purchase, for added peace of mind.
The Sky Inbound department is a lively, energetic, fun sales driven environment, focused on delivering great sales performance through excellent customer service.

What else to expect:
- In a 4-week training programme (Mon - Fri: 09:00 - 17:30) you'll learn our systems, meet your new colleagues, perfect your sales technique and learn what makes a great customer experience
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (rotational shift patterns between the hours of 8am to 8pm)

- We'll provide all the equipment you need, but you must have broadband access
The experience and skills you need:
- 1 years continuous and targeted sales experience within the last 5 years
- A background in targeted sales and customer service
- A driven mindset with strong customer service and sales skills and a love for hitting targets
- Great communication skills - you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when needed
- A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
- Unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks
