Your mission:

A true ambassador of our brand, you are outstanding at welcoming, advising and building customer loyalty.

• You will develop sales within your store by offering products and services adapted to the needs of our customers and their skin type.
• You will delight our customers’ senses and offer them a moment of exceptional well-being.
• You will support your store team in explaining and demonstrating new products to the customers.
• You will participate in events and take up commercial challenges brilliantly!
• You will support your store team with merchandising procedures (products, testers, prices, animations, cash desk area, stock room, etc.) according to the Company’s standards.
• You will assist your store in all departments where necessary (cash, operations, etc).

Your profile:

• You are dynamic, enthusiastic, responsive, attentive to the details that make the difference, endowed with an unparalleled sense of customer service, you like to work in a team, you are business oriented and experience real satisfaction in transforming customer advice into sales?

Also:

• You have essential make-up & skincare knowledge and two years in store sales & services experience,
• You have excellent communication & empathic skills,
• You have the ability to be creative and innovative,
• You speak English fluently (any other language would be a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• skincare: 2 years (required)
