Our Line Optimizer roles at Samworth Brothers won’t hang about for long. That’s because the people who’ll apply for them are full of energy and lightning quick.
Job Description:
The Line Optimizer will be responsible for completing the set up and start up checks of the machine, the review of the daily production schedule and to ensure the correct quantities of materials are available to meet production needs. They will also provide direction and guidance to the other Production Operatives working on the line and work closely with the Team Leader to manage the Lines performance in delivering the production plan to the required quality standards in a safe and efficient manner.
Speed, stamina, and good communication skills are qualities we love here.
- PM shift available Monday to Friday/Tuesday to Saturday/Sunday to Thursday 15:30-23:30 (£426.43-£444.50)
- Earn between £426.43 and £444.50 per week (depending on the shift pattern)
Experience of working within a food manufacturing industry is essential.
