We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Skilled Operative to join our talented team in Tayside on a temporary basis. We aim to deliver the highest quality products for our customers so you’ll need to share our enthusiasm for standards and best practice, and exceeding expectations too. As a Skilled Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Installing and altering pedestrian barriers, heras fences and safety signs
- Joinery work – removing and re-installing suspended ceiling, MDF box outs, plasterboard works
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and other equipment.
- Identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair; to ensure compliance with agreed codes, law, working practices and health and safety
- Carry out planned tasks in accordance with contract/agreed requirements and within agreed time limits
- Maintain daily allocation sheets for your work
- Man the security gate if and when required
- Bank vehicles on and off site as requested by management
- Carry out litter picks to site boundary as required by site management
- Log materials on site and assist with distribution as required
