We are looking to appoint a Site Supervsior at Norton College to work proactively under the direction of the Estates Manager and Headteacher to ensure the buildings and grounds are maintained to a high standard in order to support the teaching and learning within Norton College.
As Site Supervisor you will be responsible for the management of the site and site team, overseeing contractors working on site and assist in the provision of maintenance, security, caretaking, cleaning and portering, thereby ensuring a safe working environment. You will also ensure compliance and estates administration are undertaken as required.
Reporting to the Estates Manager, you will be the main point of contact for day to day issues on site, leading the team in providing responsive and efficient services across the site. No two days will be the same, therefore you will be organised and have the ability to prioritise and be flexible even whilst under pressure.
