You'll be working on...(what your role and responsibility is)
To support and assist the site management team in managing the site activities for the Waterloo Station Rooftop Project. You will ensure you and your team are working in a safe, profitable manner to archive the programme and deliver a quality product in accordance with company requirements and legislation. In doing so, satisfying the Client's expectations and maximising the financial return to Octavius. You will also need to develop and maintain positive relationships, to promote and protect the Octavius reputation whilst remaining customer focused and in line with Company policies and values.

You'll bring...(your wealth of experience & qualifications)You will be reliable, a good communicator with a level of authority, inspiring confidence and able to lead a team of workers. Knowledge of construction activities - scaffolding, roofing works, steelwork, painting & electrical.
Your ability to be the Octavius representative at the point of works on site. Experienced in managing contractors gangs carrying out site works in a safe manner and to a high standard of quality. Alongside being able to record site activities and report back to senior foreperson and site team with clear and concise information.
