Buying Admin Assistant

Due to internal promotion, an exciting position has arisen for a buying admin assistant to join a fashion retailer with sustainability as one of their core values. They are well known for designing on trend pieces with prints being at the centre of their collections.

This is a pivotal role within the business and you will be there to provide admin support to the wider team. Working closely with the buyer, you will be involved in range building to deliver a successful and commercial range for their customer

Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the production and design functions internally
- Raising PO’s and managing the critical path
- Ensure costings and price changes are updated correctly.
- Co ordinating sample requests and managing sample library.

Their ideal candidate will have prior experience as a BAA or administrative roles working in fashion.

Based in their on brand offices in London, this role will offer hybrid working after 3 month probation as well as generous staff discount.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
