Job description
Being responsible for the accurate setting out and checking during construction of excavations, reinforced concrete foundations , columns and holding down bolts . Competency and experience in use of total station and conventional setting out techniques. Needs to be competent in standard construction techniques, Excavation Blinding, working space, bases columns and bolts. Co ordinated setting out and level control. Pre pour checks, assistance in pre ordering materials and checking compliace etc. Need to be able to read and Some assistance in the preperation of programmes and other site administration eg reciaving site instructions and confirmation etc. Work briefings and inductions and work with and brief workforce withe approved safe methods of work.

Salary: £25,880.39-£52,138.35 per year
