What is the job role?
We are searching for a Site Operative to join our team at Gael Force Fusion Limited, based at our location in Barcaldine, Oban.
This role will involve frequent working away from home for a period of up to three weeks at a time.
This may suit a recent school leaver who would prefer to learn a trade qualification rather than a degree. No experience is necessary as all relevant training will be provided.
What were looking for:
- To support and assist Fabricators as and where required under appropriate instruction and supervision.
- To carry out any additional duties including operation of general machinery, cleaning and packing and any other duties as requested by your line manager.
- To support and assist the company in all areas of development and customer service.
- To work effectively as part of the team in the pre-fabrication and assembly of fish cages and pontoons and other products in factory and site work locations.
- To carry our additional duties including forklift truck operations, operation of general machinery, cleaning, packing and dispatch duties and any other duties requested by your line manager.
- To cooperate with and meet any statutory duties placed upon you by the company under Health and Safety regulations and legislation.
- To maintain at all times a high level of housekeeping and report any problem areas to your line manager.
- Work to all relevant company policies and procedures.
