Position: Site Operations Manager
Location: Basingstoke
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 16:00pm / 09:00am - 17:00pm

- Managing a small team on site
- Carrying out team building and development through succession planning and individual 1-2-1's
- Focusing on customer requirements and cost effective operational performance
- Attend customer visits/meetings, building excellent customer relationships

- Previous management experience - essential
- CPC holder - desirable
- Warehouse/transport knowledge - desirable
- Advanced Excel skills
- Driving license needed as some travel required
