Future Build Recruitment – Site Manager – Tower Hamlets x3
Future Build Recruitment are currently searching for multiple reliable Site Managers/Senior Site Managers for a top main contractor on a social housing refurbishment framework. Our client will be delivering a planned maintenance framework over the next decade. This is a multi-million pound project and preferred candidates will have previous experience working on large sites.
Each site manager will be responsible for one element of the planned maintenance.
The works will consist of;
-Internal kitchen & bathroom upgrades across multiple tower blocks.
-External refurbishments which would include roof & window replacement as well as concrete repair and cladding replacement.
-Mechanical & Electrical elements which would include rewiring, upgrades to boilers and heat pump replacement.
Responsibilities
· Deliver the project from inception to completion, managing subcontractors and a small team of operatives and RLO’s
· Maintaining a solid relationship with the client, chairing progress meetings and ensuring they are aware of any changes.
· Keeping on top of planning and programming, ensuring a minimum of 10 openings per week
· Weekly progress reports with the visiting Contracts Manager
About you
· Valid qualifications – SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness
· Sound knowledge on Decent Homes projects
· Stable career history with recognized contractors
· Experience in delivering with one or more of the above elements (Internal/External/M&E refurbishments)
· Any experience in cladding replacement
· Experience working with tenants in situ
· Previous experience overseeing large social housing projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
