Job Title: Site Manager – Drywall, Gypsum Products
Location: Slough
Salary: £50-70k

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join an established Drywall, Gypsum Products company based in Slough. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading their team in the delivery of projects, ensuring that each job is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and manage all aspects of the project from start to finish
• Ensure that health & safety regulations are adhered to at all times
• Liaise with clients and other contractors to ensure a smooth running of the project
• Monitor and report on progress of the project to ensure that it is completed on time and within budget
• Ensure that all necessary resources are available to complete the project
• Ensure that all works are completed in accordance with current building regulations
• Ensure that quality assurance checks are carried out to ensure that all works are of a high standard
• Resolve any issues that arise during the project

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the Drywall, Gypsum Products industry
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of current health & safety regulations
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good problem-solving skills
