Job description
TSR Recruitment are looking for a Site Manager in the Northumberland region.
The Project:
The project is a school classroom and corridor refurbishment, which will include non-structural demo work, M&E, Ceilings, Walls and Finishing/Decoration. Initially, this has a duration of 6 weeks, however there is a 38 week project to follow on, which consists of overseeing the build and fitout of a school extension.
Duties include:
- Reporting to the project manager
- Daily site management duties
- Overseeing materials and labour levels
- Attend client meetings
- Arrange subcontractor meetings
- Ensure the site is adhering to health, safety and RAMS
This position is to start Monday 24/07/2023
Salary: £250 per day
