We are looking to recruit an experienced Service Wash/Driver for our site in Bolton.

We are a large privately owned dealer group employing over 300 employees, 60% of whom have been with us for 5 years or more. We have a strong relationship with the manufacturers we represent and have a passion for “driving excellence” in all that we do ensuring we connect with both
Your Responsibilities:

• Service Washing/Driving
• Ensure all Courtesy Cars are prepared and valeted to the highest of standards
• All cars booked in for work to be carried out to receive a wash and vacuum.
• Drive Company and customers vehicles courteously and safely, observing all speed and other restrictions.
• Engage with all customers and visitors promptly and professionally.
• Monitor the quality of materials used to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Check the condition and safety of tools and equipment
• Adhere to all Health Safety policies and to report any health and safety issues to the Service Manager.
• Any other duties which might reasonably be requested.

About You:

• Friendly and approachable personal manner with integrity and loyalty
• Commitment to excellent customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile
• A professional appearance that reflects the high standard of professional behaviour.
• Confident individual who is comfortable interacting with the customers and staff
• A full and valid driving licence is essential
• Previous experience as a Valeter is desirable
• Ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, identify priorities and schedule work appropriately
